Signer Requirements
All signers must be physically present at the time of notarization
Each signer must be coherent, aware, and of sound mind
Each signer must understand the document and be signing willingly (no coercion)
The notary is not responsible for explaining document contents
Identification Requirements
Each signer must present a valid, government-issued photo ID
The ID must be original and physically present (no photos, scans, or copies)
The ID must be current and unexpired
The name on the ID must reasonably match the name on the document
Expired IDs, photocopies, digital images, and non-government IDs are not acceptable
Document Requirements
Documents must be complete and ready for signing
All required pages must be present
Do not sign documents in advance unless instructed
Any required witnesses must be present at the appointment (if applicable)
Travel & Fee Policy
A travel fee applies to all appointments
If notarization cannot be completed due to missing/invalid ID, signer absence, incompetence, unwillingness, or incomplete documents, the travel fee remains due and payable in full

Appointment times are scheduled based on availability and travel logistics
Delays beyond a reasonable waiting period may result in rescheduling and additional fees
